Assumption of Risk

The use of an electric bicycle (e-bike) involves inherent risks, dangers, and hazards that can result in serious injury, paralysis, or death. By purchasing, assembling, or riding this e-bike, the user voluntarily and expressly agrees to assume all such risks and to accept full responsibility for any injury, damage, or death that may result.

User Responsibility

• Safety Gear: The user is responsible for wearing appropriate safety gear, including a helmet, at all times while riding.
• Maintenance: The user is solely responsible for the proper assembly, maintenance, and regular safety checks of the e-bike. This includes, but is not limited to, checking tire pressure, brake function, bolt tightness, and battery connections before every ride.
• Legal Compliance: The user must be fully aware of and comply with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations regarding the classification, speed, power output, and operation of e-bikes in their area.

Improper Use

This e-bike is designed for recreational and transportation use. The warranty is void if the e-bike is used for stunt riding, competition, rental/commercial purposes, or in a manner inconsistent with the provided owner’s manual.

Battery Safety Warning

Improper charging, storage, or use of the Lithium-Ion battery pack may result in fire, explosion, or serious injury. Always use the original charger provided and never attempt to disassemble, modify, or expose the battery to water, extreme temperatures, or puncture.

A. Scope of Coverage

The Manufacturer provides a Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship to the Original Registered Purchaser only, effective from the date of delivery. This warranty is non-transferable.
